Reservation conditions

    1. Reservations are final and cannot be postponed, shortened or extended.
    2. Your reserved space will remain available until 5:00 PM on the day of arrival. If you are not present without informing us in time, your right to the space will lapse.
    3. If you arrive one day later than planned, you must notify us 24 hours in advance.
    4. Interrupted or shortened stays, such as a late arrival or early departure, do not entitle you to a refund of the amount paid. The entire planned stay remains due.
    5. Reservations are personal and cannot be transferred to other persons.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation must always be done by mail. The date of the email is taken into account for the date of cancellation. The following cancellation costs will be charged.
    • In case of cancellation up to and including 30 administrative fee of €25.
    • In case of cancellation from 29 to and including 8 days before arrival: 75% of the total amount, with a minimum of €50.
    • In case of cancellation 7 days or less before arrival, as well as in case of no-show: the full amount/deposit remains due.
